Wanna Lose The Beer Gut But Not The Beer?
Look no further than the Beer Drinker’s Diet, the sports enthusiasts’ diet dream come true! For those watching their weight, beer is usually a no-no as it’s loaded with calories, but Bradley Cailor, the books author, claims he lost pounds drinking the frothy beverage.
"It's a mental thing, guys. Knowing that you're allowed to have fun makes it work for you,” said Cailor.
He goes on to say it’s not so much what you eat, as how you eat. The diet focuses on portion size and eating high calorie foods and beverages in moderation. This way participants in the diet keep from feeling deprived and can better stick to a healthy diet.
To have fun, Cailor leaves his beer drinking to the weekend and follows a healthy lifestyle during the week days that also includes working out regularly.
As with every healthy lifestyle, you should be able to splurge from time to time without feeling any guilt. This won’t derail your diet. Just make sure you keep a good balance of the good and the bad. Allow a beer or two- just not every night!

Beer is heavily loaded with calories so its kind of hard to believe that it can reduce weight but I think beer can be a better option compared to other alcoholic drinks. Splurging or treating oneself from time to time is completely safe, we all deserve some enjoyments in life but even if it is a beverage we should spoil ourselves in moderation.
