Living With Anxiety Disorders

Everyone has anxiety-it may be about your job, finances, family situation, or even just about life itself. Minor anxiety is normal as is moderate anxiety when faced with a tough situation. Unfortunately, there are many people who suffer from severe anxiety on a daily basis and there are a variety of different anxiety disorders.

Anxiety disorders affect a wide range of people, it is neither common to gender nor race. They affect your mental, physical, and spiritual health and can be attributed to a number of different things. Anxiety disorders are considered a mental health issue and as coming forth with these disorders becomes more socially acceptable, the more research is being conducted. In turn doctors are starting to find out more about their causes. Extreme anxiety can be caused by biological factors as well as personal situations.  Some people who suffer from serious health problems such as heart defects or cancer can suffer from anxiety due to their illness. Other people find themselves in an extremely difficult financial or social position which can cause anxiety to develop.

The symptoms of anxiety range from nothing at all to hyperventilation, chest pain, and heart palpitations. Those who have extreme anxiety disorders commonly have what is called a “panic attack”. This can be offset by anything and can become quite extreme to the point where the person thinks they are dying. Other people simply have social phobia which produces anxiety. They may prefer to be alone and avoid talking to people are being out in public places. Because the symptoms of anxiety disorders are all over the map it is sometimes difficult to treat anxiety.

Treatment for anxiety disorders depends on the severity of the case. Some people see psychologists or therapists, and others need more extensive treatment. In more extreme cases patients will have to take prescription medication. These disorders cannot be prevented although you can take certain precautions to control or lessen the symptoms. These include minimizing drugs or alcohol. You can also exercise daily, eat healthy, and try to organize your life so that there is less general stress overall. There are also natural supplements you can take such as Gaba, 5-HTP and St, John&undefined;s Wort .

An Anxiety Disorder is what we get when we have too many tensions and we are unable to balance our lives. Our ever mounting stress and tensions will never end we just have to learn to give ourselves some space. We work like maniacs without spending quality time with our friends and families, we don't have time for anything except our work, the fact is we are all workaholics and at the end of the day we have a plate full of 'Tensions' I think if we only learn to respect ourselves and try to work on those things which can reduce our anxiety normalcy can come into our lives. Worry and tensions never did good to anyone, by taking things very seriously we'll only find ourselves undergoing depression or victim to some kinds of diseases. It's like trying to deteriorate the whole situation itself.

Each new day will bring new tensions but it's all a part of life and as long as we have a positive spirit within ourselves nothing is impossible.
