Research out of Australia suggests that Testofen, an extract from the Fenugreek herb, has positive libido and testosterone boosting effects on healthy males. During a six week period, significant positive changes in libido, sexual cognition, sexual arousal, sexual experience and orgasm were experienced for test subjects over the placebo study group.
