Many people have been led to believe that dairy products such as milk and cheese are the only good source of calcium. This is solely because the dairy industry has done a great job of promoting their product. The Got Milk? Ads combined with numerous other pro-dairy commercials has brainwashed most people in Western society (and in some other parts of the world) that we simply cannot live a healthy life complete with strong bones and teeth without dairy.
