Celiac Disease

Celiac disease is a hereditary disease that manifests itself as an intolerance to gluten.  Gluten is a component of what and can be found in durum, semolina, spelt, oats, barley, rye and other grains.

The causes of this disease remain obscured.  Most of those affected are Caucasian and others of European decent.
