If we just look around at the foods we eat we can notice by becoming a smart eater we can actually keep our weight in check. Try replacing fatty foods with the following foods: Brussels sprouts, tomatoes, water cress , chayote, red peppers, grapefruit, white eggs, low fat cheese, lean ham, celery, mushroom, ground turkey, broccoli...etc. Also use a good cooking oil like the olive oil which checks the carb and the heart as well however other cooking methods like, steaming, baking or boiling is much healthier compared to frying.
