Fruits form an important part of our diet and for most of us the 'Fruit List' is unending. Different kinds of nutritious fruits are available through out the year. But since we have fruits in its raw form we should clean it properly before eating. Some people eat straightaway from the supermarket shelves believing that it comes washed which is not true. If they wash it why aren't they charging for that as well?
Choose organic fruits since pesticides, chemicals and fertilizers are not used in organic farming but try to build the habit of cleaning, scrubbing or peeling the fruit before consuming. This habit can save you from a lot of diseases.
