3 Fun Gym Classes To Join

If you are on a mission to get fit for the summer, right now is a perfect time to join a new class at your gym or health club. Spring is one of the busiest times for gyms which means they usually have a good variety of work out classes. Here are three that are fun, challenging, and will have you seeing results in no time:

1. Spin Class : Spinning was created by a man from Los Angeles who was an avid road cyclist determined to find an effective way to train for his ride across America rain or shine. He started a spin class which is intense but produces results. Spin classes are widely popular across the world now, and it is usually easy to find a class with flexible hours. It is a great cardio workout and will tone up your legs and butt.

2. Stability Ball Class. This class provides an alternate workout to the usual crunches and core work that you would normally do. It can be a fairly intense class using a stability ball to practice core strengthening work as well as back strengthening exercises that are gentle on your joints.

3. Kickboxing. If you want a high intensity aerobic workout in a motivating environment, kickboxing should be your go to class. It will make you sweat, get out some aggression, and will tone up your whole body. Classes are usually not more than an hour due to their intensity level, so they are perfect for those that don&undefined;t have a lot of time but want to see results quickly.

If you have a gym membership already, inquire about any classes that may be included in your membership. If there aren&undefined;t any that you are interested in, it may be worth it to look elsewhere at a community health centre where the classes are usually cheaper than at a gym and they commonly have more flexible hours.
