Well Planned Fitness Routine
Time constrains, appointments, children, and work can all interfere with your workouts. You can&undefined;t make class and chances are that you are tempted to just go home and throw in the towel or go to the gym for a quick twenty minutes on the elliptical machine so that you will feel as if you have done something. Dont do it!
The step in devising your own exercise program is to get the knowledge you need. Your work out must be effective in toning your problem areas or reaching your fitness goal that you set out to do or it is pointless. If you are going to a regular spin class, chances are you like a good cardio workout. Your own personal routine should follow suite. Do your research and figure out how to get the most out of your hour and figure out which exercises are most efficient to tone the areas you want firmed up. Your exercise plan should also be well rounded. Physical fitness is made up of parts-cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Incorporating a component of each of these areas into a personal fitness routine is essential. It should also include both a warm up and a cool down period. In order to monitor your intensity you should also monitor your heart rate. Exercise that does not raise your heart rate to a certain level and keep it there for twenty minutes or more will not give you the results that you need.
Each time you skip a good work out you get further and further away from achieving your weight loss or health goals. You are depriving your body and your mind of much needed exercise. With a few basics you can create a very good exercise routine for yourself. Once you get the hang of it you will find yourself with much more confidence and will have no more excuses if you happen to miss your fitness class.
