Once obesity sets into your life it's not good news at all. Obesity gives rise to heart diseases, arthritis, depression, high blood pressure...etc. You don't look good, you don't feel good that's what obesity is all about. What is the use of storing bad fats, fats we don't need, in order to avoid becoming obsessed we have to start thinking fruits and vegetables and less of foods sizzled in fats. By indulging in junk foods and unhealthy foods we're only inviting diseases to infest in our body and another is low self esteem because we don't feel good about ourselves. Let's try to be healthy and fit by avoiding unhealthy temptations.
