3 Benefits of Vitamin E
Vitamin E, or alpha-tocopherol, is a fat soluble vitamin that is not toxic to the human body and is actually an antioxidant. This vitamin is so effective as an antioxidant that in restaurants it is often it is added to oils and other foods to keep them from going bad.
