Benefits Of Juicing

Juicing is one of the fastest ways to improve your health. There are no reasons why you should not juice – it will increase your vitamin intake, hydrate your body, improve your skin, hair and nails, improve digestion, and protect you from disease.

When you start consuming superior quality foods such fresh fruits and vegetables that are very high in nutrients, your body will feel differently. Dependant on your current state of health and what kind of foods you have been eating, your body may go into a kind of “shock” for the first couple of weeks. Basically, it is getting rid of the toxins in your body and the inferior material and tissues to make room for the superior materials to make new and healthier tissues. This type of detox or change in lifestyle is similar to cutting out caffeine or cigarettes – any kind of stimulant that your body relies on will produce an adverse reaction if it is taken away. As your body eliminates toxins, it can affect you in numerous ways. Headaches, body aches, irritability, and fatigue are all signs of detox. Don&undefined;t give up! If you use juicing as an introduction into optimum health you will feel the benefits in a very short period of time. Giving up processed foods and sugary and/or caffeinated drinks for fresh squeezed and pure vegetable and fruit juices will give you more energy and boost your immunity. Depending on your toxicity, the regeneration process can take up to a few weeks.

Juicing is an extremely beneficial way to get the recommended intake of vitamins and antioxidants which can otherwise be difficult to ingest.  You can juice almost any vegetable and fruit but the best ones to use are carrots, celery, beets, cucumber,  spinach, apples, oranges, pineapple, pear, and strawberries.
