For years, I've been considering going vegetarian for a multitude reasons - the environment, spiritual reasoning, better health - but have been thwarted daily by the meat-eating habits that have taken a lifetime to acquire. Over the years, I've cut down on most of my meat eating except for fish, poultry and game meats. Bye bye bacon, t-bone steaks and lamb shanks.
