Switching over to olive oil was one of the best thing I did for myself and my family. It lowers cholesterol level and hence is heart friendly. It also blends perfectly with salad dressings and pastas. Olive oil is also used as a massage oil and is recommended especially for babies. So, now that we know the health benefits of olive oil, I think we should stock our kitchen cabinets with olive oil.

Since all the food ingredients today are processed and full of preservatives, its good to know that we still have other options to keep our bodies healthy. People nowadays are health concious, so this really keeps us informed on what are our other options. Kudos!
